Pinkamena Licky Icon Version 2

This is practically the same as the other one I had made with only one major difference;
Transparency.
As I looked at this for any errors I realized it really bugged me that it wasn't transparent (I like transparent things for some weird reason.)
So I made it transparent! I hope you enjoy!
